Step1. Launch CCProxy -> Options: uncheck "Auto Startup" and "NT Service" -> Close CCProxy.
Step2. Find the folder including ccproxy.exe, delete ccproxy.exe. If you can find a file named "unins000.exe", you can launch it to do uninstallation.
If you still cannot remove CCProxy, please search if there is a file named runscr32.exe or hide.exe on your computer. If you find both of them or even one of them. Please delete them. Then you should remove CCProxy from your computer permenantly. Many unregistered users have reported the same problem recently. All of them reported they actually didn't install CCProxy at all. So this problem is probably incurred by some other program that is NOT the product from our company.
We will pay close attention to this unusual issue because it unfairly impaired our software's reputation. If you have any other questions, please contact us at support@youngzsoft.com. We are here to help!
