Yes. You can alias your mailbox to all the possible or common mis-spellings. If your e-mail account is lee.chou@mydomain.com then you could create aliases for lee.chu and lee.choo. Mail addresses to lee.chou@mydomain or lee.choo@mydomain.com or lee.chu@mydomain.com would all be sent to your mailbox.
NOTES: The alias MUST be unique in your domain i.e. if there is already a lee.choo in your domain it will be rejected when you try to create it.
